When you call, you'll speak to a real person immediately. If you have a problem or concern, you deal directly with me. It's my company and my reputation at stake, so when I say it will cost a certain amount, that is what it will cost. When I say you will be satisfied with my work, that means that I'm not done with the job until you are.
