CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING
CENTRAL air conditioning contract is for every one that has a central air system; we will maintain the air conditioning to its fullest capacity and best efficiency. We will keep an eye on the system and monitor the way it is functioning. If it goes beyond its best rated use fullness we will let you know an advise you as to what is available to improve the system. We know what rebates and tax credits can apply to get you the most efficient and cost effective repair or replacement. With our 5% price savings on any non covered part you’re assured to get the best, fastest repair done. GOLD
GOLD service contracts are for customers that don’t want to be bothered with repair bills and want the fastest service 24 hrs a day all year long. With this contract you get priority over everyone else and receive 5% discount on all non covered work, and on full system replacements. If you have a large heating system with many zones and circulators or a high efficiency system with expensive controls, this is your best buy. SILVER
SILVER contracts work well for customers that have good, solid, fairly simple systems and want peace of mind knowing that with this contract they get priority for service calls and get a 5% discount for any non covered repair. With this contract most controls are covered along with all burner parts. Service is available all year long. Read More >>
BRONZE
BRONZE contracts give you confidence of getting top service to repair the heating system. This contract works well to protect oil fired hot water heaters as and add on to our gold and silver contacts. Bronze also works well for customers with hot air furnaces and simple hot water systems. Can I change my contract to a better one?

Can I transfer my contract to the new home buyer?
Yes, as long as the new buyer agrees to RER Fuels terms.
If I need a new oil tank or heating system or if I want to add central air to my house can I get the 5% discount?
Yes if you have a Gold, Silver or a Central air contract, anything that is not covered qualifies for a discount and if you add central a/c or a new heating system that is eligible also.
I have a heating system and a central air conditioner, do you offer discounts for more than 1 system?
Yes, if you have a Silver or Gold plan, you are eligible for a $50.00 discount on your 1st A/C plan and if you have more than 1 A/C system the 2nd additional plan is only $90.00
I have 2 heating systems , is there a discount for more than 1 system?
Yes the 2nd plan is only $50.00 more
